All seedlings are from our Cedar Flats Flower Farm Party Mix, meaning the colors are a surprise!
I cannot guarantee what the colors will be, since it’s all mixed together.
These are not edible, they are a decorative flower!
Sweet Peas are cold-hardy. They prefer a sunny spot, and do best without extreme heat (late afternoon shade may be preferred)
Sweet Peas require a trellis to grow upward. Can be spaced 4”-6” apart.
Seedlings can be “pinched” (cut top growing stem off) when there are 3+ sets of leaves on. This will encourage stems to create more branches.
Cut stems when the bottom 1-2 blooms are open, and watch the remainder of the blooms continue to open in the vase. Best to cut in early morning/late evening.
Pests include snails and aphids!
